The price for the Business Licence Plus for a company car is DKK 9,980 per year, which must be renewed annually on an ongoing basis.
What do I do with my existing location?
When your official company address is moved to us, your existing location/address can be registered as a P-unit (production unit).
Your company then gets Residence in Copenhagen K and production address in e.g. Vanløse.
Registration of the P-unit makes sense if you continue to operate, for example, a warehouse/workshop from the old location – as well as if the company has employees at the location.
Your free parking in the Inner City zone is not obstructed if your company has a P-unit registered outside Copenhagen, for example.
How do I get a commercial vehicle licence for my vehicle?
Once you have registered your company address with us, you can apply for a commercial licence for your company car, if it is used solely for business purposes – and is owned by your company/CVR number.
This means that your vehicle must meet one of the following criteria:
– Your vehicle is registered as 100 %, a commercial vehicle with yellow number plates. This means it is a vehicle that may not be used for private purposes and is authorised to carry out the transport of goods and cargo.
– Your vehicle has (100%) white or (100%) yellow number plates, which may not be used for private journeys and may only be used legally for commercial passenger transport, such as taxis and patient transport
– Your vehicle is registered as a company car with a gross vehicle weight of max. 3,500 kg.
