Mail handling – letters are free regardless of quantity

When we receive mail for you, we will send it on the next available shipping day – Tuesday (and Thursday – depending on your choice).

You pay nothing for postage, service, etc. for forwarding physical letters, as this is included in your subscription – as long as we forward to a Danish address.

Parcel Management – Parcels

When we receive packages for you, we will send them on the next available shipping day – Tuesday (and Thursday – depending on your choice).

Package handling incurs a service charge of DKK 10,- per pack (DKK 30,- for bronze package) (+ postage and packaging).

Parcels must, as a general rule, be deliverable to a parcel postbox (maximum dimensions 17 x 30 x 10.5 cm).

Newly started company – no CVR number yet?

Unfortunately, if you do not yet have a CVR number, you can only get a company address with us once you have an active CVR number.

This is because we are subject to the rules of the money laundering act, whereby we must carry out a customer due diligence procedure when setting up an account with us. This procedure can only be carried out by an existing CVR number.

This means that, as a first step, you will need to register your CVR number using a company address elsewhere – for example, at your own address or at an acquaintance's.

Only after this can you, as the next step, complete our registration form, after which our customer due diligence procedure can begin.

Once this is completed, and you are approved as a customer with us, you can move your company address to CITYADDRESS.

Additional trading names - "Binavne"

You pay DKK 95,- for the first additional trading name (excl. VAT). The price thereafter is +DKK 49/month for each additional trading name you may wish to register.

Change of agreement

If you wish to change your agreement, for example from monthly to semi-annual payments, to save some money, you can easily do this. Simply send us an email with your request to kontakt@cityaddress.dk.

Payment

If you choose a start date for the address service in the middle of a calendar month (e.g. the 10th of January), the first payment will be for the remainder of the start month plus the upcoming period (i.e. a total from 10/01 – 30/04, if quarterly payment has been selected). The remaining days in the start month will be calculated based on the daily rate for your selected period.

After the first payment period expires, you will be charged for the next period according to your chosen payment interval (i.e. May+June+July in the example above).

Can I only have a parking space at CITYADDRESS?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use CITYADDRESS as a registered office (P.O. Box) only (while your home address is elsewhere). Due to legislation, P.O. Boxes can only be established at addresses where employees are physically present or economic activity is carried out. It is only legal to have a P.O. Box with CITYADDRESS if your home address is also registered here.

Unjustified use of the address

WARNING! Unauthorised use of the address will be reported to the police and authorities. If you have registered the address to your company without our approval, you have simultaneously agreed to the address being re-registered to your private address.

Can parcels be received at the address?

Parcels up to the dimensions 17 x 30 x 10.5 cm can be received.

Can I use the company address on Google and Facebook?

Yes, you most certainly can. However, it is important that the Facebook page whose address you enter belongs to the company you are paying for with us. If you are in any doubt, please do ask us first.

I have several names on my CVR number, do I have to pay for all of them?

Yes, there is a charge for all secondary names you wish to register at our address. However, you do not need to register all of your secondary names with us. You therefore only pay for the names you wish to register at our address. The price is +95 DKK/month for the first additional secondary name. The price thereafter is +49 DKK/month per further secondary name you may wish to register.

Is there a commitment on the address service at CITYADDRESS?

You are bound to the period, the current period. Herein, there is only a 1-day notice period when you sign up for address services with us.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you simply need to give notice no later than the day before the end of the agreement period. Specifically, this means that your cancellation must be received no later than the second-to-last day of the agreement period.

For example, if you sign up for quarterly payments (starting on 1/1), your cancellation must be received by 30/3 at the latest. If your agreement is not cancelled before the expiry date (31/3), a new period of the same duration will commence. The new period will be charged at the beginning of the following month (e.g. 5/4).

Termination and deregistration of address service

The agreement is binding for the period you have prepaid for. Your agreement must therefore be terminated no later than the day before the period expires.

Furthermore, you must send us documentation (from virk.dk) confirming that the address has been removed from us no later than the last day of your agreement period.
